Café Moca

Para los amantes del café y el chocolate, el café moca es una gran elección. Rico y suave cacao caliente, con el toque de café, una bebida perfecta para los fríos días de invierno.
Ingredientes:
- 1 espresso
- 240 ml de leche
- 15 ml de sirope de chocolate
- Cacao en polvo
Preparación:
- Emulsionar la leche en el vaporizador tratando de crear una buena crema de leche.
- Colocar el sirope en los laterales de la taza.
- Preparar un espresso de la forma habitual en la taza.
- Mezclar a fondo con el sirope de chocolate hasta que se disuelva.
- Llenar el vaso con leche emulsionada y coronar con la crema propia de la leche.
- Espolvorear con cacao en polvo.
