What is Arabica?

A species of coffee that is originally from Ethiopia. It is now grown all over the world, particularly at altitudes of more than 600 metres above sea level. It can have fruity, citric or sweet aromas, with an acidic taste in general and a slight bitterness. The coffee bean is oval in shape and green, with a curved groove.
