The School of Coffee represents Baqué's intent to foster coffee culture. It is a meeting place for professionals in the hospitality industry, offering complete training on the world of coffee and the fundamental aspects in achieving a quality cup of coffee by using what is known as the four "M's": raw material, milling, machine and a good hand (“mano” in Spanish). We teach hospitality professionals how to take full advantage of the product by serving the best quality cup of coffee so they can get on in their way to becoming a true barista.
In addition, the School of Coffee also attends various hospitality schools, where we train future café and restaurant owners. We also cater to other people and groups interested in expanding their knowledge of the world of coffee.
