The product is subject to strict quality controls. All green coffee, the production process and the end product is analysed in great detail and with care by our quality department, with tastings being held whereby more than 20,000 cups are tasted every year.

We hold a number of certifications which shows our dedication to providing the best product. We have held the ISO 9001 quality standard since 2001, and in 2011 we became the first coffee roasting company in the Basque Country to hold the ISO 14001 quality standard.
