What is Temperature?

The right temperature is required for making coffee.

To prepare an espresso, for example, the output temperature must be between 88ºC and 92ºC. But it is also important for tasting the coffee, which is why heating the cup before serving the coffee is recommended, in order to maintain the temperature.
