What is Turkish coffee?
A type of coffee that is very popular in the Middle East and which is generally prepared with arabica coffee that is ground very finely.
It is a drink that is infused through the coffee grounds being held in suspension, without a filter. It is concentrated and robust and is served in small cups without handles.
