What is Water?
The main ingredient of coffee. A coffee is made up mainly of water (97-98%), which is why it is recommended to prepare coffee with water that doesn’t smell or have any flavour, that is filtered and has a carbonate hardness of around 4ºKH and a pH of 6.5.
