What is Espresso?
Espresso is a type of coffee that is originally from Italy and owes its name to the coffee machine with which it is prepared (espresso coffee machine).
It is also known as a black or express coffee. It is characterised by its quick and easy preparation, as well as for its more concentrated flavour and texture. Its primary condition is that 25 ml are extracted in approximately 30 seconds.
