What is Soluble coffee?
A coffee infusion that is dried, obtaining 40% of the original weight with what is extracted, and which is then reinfused whenever you want to make a drink.
Its main advantages are the speed of preparation of the coffee, its duration, weight and volume. It is prepared commercially via freeze-drying or spray drying.
